Imprint

I have compiled and examined this content with great care, loads of sarcasm and love of the Wan Hung Lo business practices of Asian vendors. Nonetheless, I cannot provide a guarantee of the completeness or topicality of the published documents. Please let me know if references lead to empty spaces or no longer offer up-to-date information. Also, please let me know if I am actually wrong in some technical detail. At the same time, I’d like you to let me know about pages to which a link should be created. I do not accept any responsibility for the content and topicality of third-party links. You know, just the I-am-not-responsible-for-anything-disclaimer that are so popular these days.

Due to unclear legislative ruling with the Telemediengesetz (until 2007: Teledienstegesetz) and the Mediendienste-Staatsvertrag (yes, these three are proper German terms) plus me not being a friggen lawyer, I decided to put up an imprint, just in case any of the beloved pettifogger offices see me as a commercial blogger and demand hard cash for not obeying these laws. Commercial web pages do have to have an imprint page under German law, while private bloggers do not. But, well…if you want to send stuff in, please let me know in advance (especially if worth more than a couple bucks). If you use this information in any other way except legal issues, good luck. If you intend to meet me at my door, bring beer proper tea.
